We are a delivery business. We don’t have a shop. We deliver the items to your villa or hotel, usually the evening before the rental starts around 5:30pm or so. There is a schedule so advance reservation is recommended. You don’t have to pay anything upon reserving and we don’t need your credit card information it just helps us plan.
Is delivery included?
For weekly rental of 2 paddleboards, delivery is included anywhere on island. For day rentals, 3 day special and smaller items like skimboards, snorkel gear the delivery is only included on the Cruz Bay side of island. If you are staying in Coral Bay we can meet in Cruz Bay.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent paddleboards by the day. For surfboards, skimboards, snorkel gear we charge a flat rate for the week, taking into account that the items are not used every single day. We cannot accomodate day rental for smaller items as the delivery and order preparation costs would outweigh the price.
How do I reserve?
The easiest way to reserve is to fill out this form. It contains all the information we need including where you are staying, level of experience to chose the best boards etc. Doing all this via text back and forth is time consuming. Repeat customers or advanced paddlers/surfers who know what they want can also text Lucy on 340-514-5527.
